Probably late 70s early 80s no shoulder pads.

Has a matching over jacket that has the cool buttons only on cuffs.
Not marked a size ...so...compare the measurements.
I'm guessing size 8, 10, maybe 12 and maybe petite. Shoulder to waist seam is 15.5".
(TIP: You can add a belt to elongate the style by hiding the waist seam if needed.)
