S Vtg 70s Red Flower Cut Out Wide Leg Palazzo Pants Bell Bottom Jumpsuit Romper

Outrageously sexy vintage 60's / 70s jumpsuit by JC Penney featuring:
♥ bright red - halter style bodice with attached high waist bellbottom pants
♥ fastens with button loop closure at nape of neck
♥ backless/halter design
♥ moderate stretch
♥ super wide palazzo pantlegs
♥ pants - zip up back
♥ empire waist with keyhole cutouts at bust and waistlines which form a flower pattern
♥ Please Note:  I found a couple of tiny flaws - one thread pull near cutouts and two small faint stains.  Very minor flaws and not noticeable unless you are looking for them or examine the garment closely.  The two small stains may come out when this item is laundered, I have not attempted to remove them.  Otherwise, this item is in Very Good Preowned Vintage Condition.
No Tags.  I'm guessing this to be a modern Size XS to Small, but please be sure to check the measurements listed below to ensure proper fit.
Measurements: (All measurements are taken with garment laying flat and unstretched)
♥ Bust - 14" (across front) + open back (model is 34C)
♥ Waist - 12 1/2 - 14" max
♥ Hips - 17"
♥ Neck to crotch - 25" (from nape of neck)
♥ Inseam - 24 1/2" + 2 1/2" hem allowance if you wanted a little more length
♥ Hem - 15" (x2) - 30" total circumference
♥ Neck to Hem - 49 1/2" + 2 1/2" hem allowance
Fabric/Care Instructions: No Tag - I believe this is Polyester/Nylon and recommend -  Machine Wash - Warm; Tumble Dry
Condition:  Very Good Preowned Vintage Condition - see flaw noted above
For reference - model is 5' 1" - 105 lbs. - 34C-25-35 (in most cases wearing 3 to 5" heels)
