    remanufactured
    Mercury Verado Powerhead with fuel and electrical components minus the computer
    This will include:
    reman short block
    reman cylinder head
    new timing chain
    new chain tensioner
    Used electrical and fuel components. Electrical and fuel components will be checked and good working condition.
    Professionally rebuilt
    powerhead will receive the following services, disassembly and cleaning, measure bearing clearances, measure and check each cylinder, hone all cylinders in preparation for new piston rings. clean and measure crankshaft, polish all crank journals. Jet wash block, measure, check and clean each piston, replace if necessary. deck block surface if necessary. full cylinder head job, valve job and resurface cylinder head. assemble and retime powerhead with new timing chain and tensioner. repaint with mercury phantom black.
    this is for a 2005-up and 200HP 225HP 250HP and 275HP, gen 2
    guaranteed to function properly & comes with a 90 day limited warranty on the longblock assy with the option of a extended warranty.
