    This is a vintage new-without-tag 1990s E.D. Michaels by Melanie Drucker black 100% rayon short sleeved mini romper shorts skort one-piece with faux pearl buttons up front.  Made in USA.  Black with a flower print in pink; magenta; aqua, navy, and sky
    blue; moss green.  Unused
    vintage condition: no signs of wear, no holes, no tears, no spots.  Size marked 7/8

    If a vintage item *is* used and then returned (i.e., rented), a 20% restocking fee will apply. (***New/old deadstock items that are used are NOT returnable.***) In the case of item not as described (or reasonable difference of opinion about my description), I always favor the buyer and issue a full refund, including return shipping. In case of wrong size or a changed mind, I'm still happy to accept a return initiated within 3 days, but shipping both ways is up to the buyer. Please be especially careful about measurements, etc. Vintage clothing items are much smaller than contemporary ones. Thanks!
