The mounting bracket is attached directly to the radio equipment or to board the vehicle.
They were used in the Soviet Army to mount  antennas by a Military Automobile, Boat  and etc. It consists of a spring, Insulator, fixing bolts..

The mounting bracket was used for attached antenna Kulikov or set  of antenna pins.
You can securely fix your vertical antenna to any object, such as a balcony, roof and others.
