    Description

    Libya Stamps Scott Catalog # 459 two of the 500 dirham (5 Dinar) Eagle definitives, one is the normal stamp and the other has a color shift. The gold ink which is supposed to cover the head and upper wings of the eagle has shifted about 2.5mm below the target. Both stamps are mint and never hinged and were issued in 1972.
