Knights of Pythias Supreme Lodge Medal Pin - 1874 SS Davis.
This medal is from the Knights of Pythias.  The Knights of Pythias are a fraternal organization and secret society that was founded in 1864.  This medal features a knight, shield and crossed axes on the front.
The back is marked "silver."  However, it is probably coin silver.
Approx. size: 2" at widest x 3-1/4" tall
This item was purchased at an estate sale and is sold as found. It is antique/vintage, so it is not perfect.
