Description
The Cambodia 500 Riels is part of 1998 issues released by the National Bank of Cambodia with a pick number P-43b. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been authenticated by the Banknote Worlds TAP authentication specialists. On the left of the obverse is the countrys Coat of Arms and on the right is the Angkor Wat which is the worlds largest religious monument by land area. The reverse of the note displays an animal sculpture, a tree, and two tractors and workers in a rice paddy dotted with palm trees. The banknote is 133 x 62 mm in size and bears a watermark that shows a lotus flower pattern. Printed by the National Bank of Cambodia, the Cambodia 500 Riels is signed by the bank governor Thor Peng Leath and General Cashier Tieng Seng.
