KNIGHTS of PYTHIAS - GRAND LODGE - NORTH BATTLEFORD - SASKATCHEWAN.
This medal / ribbon is dated 1915.   North Battleford is located in the Province of Saskatchewan

Ribbon and medal stretched out measures 3 5/8 inches.  Ribbon is 1 1/4 inches wide and the medal itself not counting the ring at the top measures 2 inches by 1 1/4 inches.
